Under Wyo. Stat. § 1-21-1208, a landlord in Wyoming must return your security deposit — together with any required written itemization of deductions — within 30 days. Once that window closes without payment or a proper itemization, the landlord is in violation of the statute.

30 days after termination, or 15 days after the owner receives a forwarding address, whichever is later. Where there is damage to the unit, the period is extended by a further 30 days. Wyoming law provides no damages multiplier for this claim.
